Overview
This Account & Data Deletion Policy explains how users of PaxiPro may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
It applies to Clients, Mentors, and their associated data on PaxiPro.
You may request deletion directly from within the PaxiPro app or by contacting our support team.
This public page also supports PaxiPro's account-deletion disclosure requirements for app distribution platforms.
How to Request Deletion
Delete In-App
Go to:
Account / Settings → Delete Account
Confirm your request to continue.
This option is available whether or not you have an active subscription.
Email Request
If you no longer have the app, send your request to:
support@paxipro.com
Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request"
When requesting deletion by email, contact us from the email address registered on your PaxiPro account and include your registered email address and, if available, your account ID.
If you no longer have access to your registered email, include identifying information such as your phone number on file or Mentor handle/display name so we can verify that you are the account owner.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request to protect your account and personal information from unauthorized deletion.
What Gets Deleted
Once a deletion request has been verified, eligible account information is deleted.
- Your account profile including name, email, phone, photos, bio and social links.
- Mentor profile content you own, including signals, courses and lessons, subject to the retention rules described in Section 3.
- Your public Mentor statistics.
- Trading journal entries.
- Course quiz results.
- Reviews you authored, or the reviews may be anonymized as described in Section 3.
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences.
- Payment-proof screenshots once any applicable retention period has expired.
What We Retain, and Why
Some information may need to remain after account deletion because deleting it immediately could affect other users' paid access or conflict with legal or operational obligations.

If a Mentor deletes their account, signals or courses already purchased by an active Client may remain available until that Client's subscription period ends.
Timeframe
Once your account and eligible personal data have been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to you.
Partial Deletion
You do not necessarily need to close your entire PaxiPro account to remove specific personal information.
If you want to delete only certain data, clearly identify the information you want removed when submitting your request.
Trading Journal
Individual trading journal entries can generally be deleted directly through the app.
Reviews
Reviews may be deleted through your profile where the applicable feature is available.
Effect of Deletion
Once your account has been deleted, the deletion cannot be reversed.
If You Are a Mentor
Deleting your Mentor account deactivates all of your packages and prevents new Clients from subscribing.
Subject to Section 3, Mentor content will be removed after existing subscribers' access periods have ended.
If You Are a Client
Deleting your Client account cancels your active subscriptions.
Any applicable refund or cancellation request remains subject to the PaxiPro Refund & Cancellation Policy.
