What PaxiPro Is

PaxiPro is a marketplace that connects Clients with independent trading Mentors.

Mentors publish trading signals, courses, charts, calculators, and related content; Clients discover Mentors and subscribe to packages that unlock some or all of that content.

All signal, course and market content is created and published by independent Mentors, not PaxiPro.

Please read the Disclaimer for the full risk disclosure before subscribing to any package or acting upon any Mentor content.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

By registering, you represent that this is true and that all information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

• Registration, profile setup and package purchases happen on the PaxiPro website.
• The mobile application is used to log in and consume content you are already entitled to. It does not offer registration or purchase flows.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must verify your email and, where applicable, your phone number to access the full Service.
• Notify us immediately at support@paxipro.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

How Access Works

Every subscription is tied to one Mentor and one package and unlocks a specific set of services selected by that Mentor.

These services may include Signals, Signal History, Charts, Trading Journal, Market Sessions, Economic Calendar, Courses, Technical Analysis and Calculator.

• Trial content from a Mentor may be visible to signed-in Clients without an active subscription. Trial content is a preview and does not provide a right to the Mentor's full content.
• Non-trial content is visible only while you hold an active subscription that includes that specific service.
• Access can lapse because of subscription expiry, rejection, or a Mentor deactivating a package.
• Re-subscribing restores access going forward and does not restore access retroactively.
• PaxiPro does not sell anything through Google Play's in-app billing. All purchases take place through the website, outside the Play Store.

Two Ways to Subscribe

A rejected or expired subscription can be reopened for another review. PaxiPro does not guarantee that any subscription request will be approved.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Package prices are set by each Mentor, not PaxiPro.

Billing periods, including weekly, monthly or one-time arrangements, and applicable prices are displayed before payment.

Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks are governed by the PaxiPro Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your Content

Trading journal entries you create are private to you. No Mentor or other Client can see them.

Reviews you post about a Mentor are public and are only permitted if you have, or previously had, an active subscription with that Mentor.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant PaxiPro a license to host, display and process it as required to operate the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including through fake reviews, harassment, scraping, circumventing access controls, or other conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines.

No Financial Advice, No Guarantees

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable PaxiPro Disclaimer.

Third-Party Services

The Service may embed or link to third-party tools such as TradingView charts and brokers' registration pages.

PaxiPro does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their own respective terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law, or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account in accordance with the Account & Data Deletion Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PaxiPro harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Service.
• Content you submit through the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect.

Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
