Overview
PaxiPro hosts content created by users, including Mentor signals, courses and profiles, as well as Client reviews.
These Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy explain what is and is not allowed on the Service so that the marketplace remains trustworthy for everyone.
These guidelines apply to Clients, Mentors and all other users of the Service and are enforceable under the applicable PaxiPro Terms of Service.
Content This Policy Covers
- Mentor trading signals, analyst notes and market commentary.
- Mentor courses, lesson videos, thumbnails and quizzes.
- Mentor profile content including bio, photos, social links and broker name.
- Client reviews and ratings.
- Any other content a user submits, uploads or posts through the Service.
However, the general conduct restrictions in this policy still apply to account activity involving private journal content.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use PaxiPro to post, share or engage in any of the following:
Fraud or Deception
Fabricated signal outcomes, doctored performance screenshots, fake reviews, impersonation, or misrepresentation of qualifications or licensing.
Guaranteed Returns
Promising guaranteed profits, risk-free trading, specific returns or get-rich-quick outcomes.
Market Manipulation
Pump-and-dump activity, coordinated manipulation, or signals intended to benefit the poster at subscribers' expense.
Illegal Content
Content or conduct that violates applicable law, including unlicensed financial promotion where licensing is required.
- Harassment and Hate: Threats, harassment, hate speech, or content that demeans individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Spam: Unsolicited promotion unrelated to Mentor content, repeated posting, fake subscribers, review farming, or ranking manipulation.
- Infringement: Content that violates another party's copyright, trademark, intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Malware or Service Abuse: Scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing subscription controls, or automated bulk account creation.
- Sharing Personal Data Without Consent: Doxxing or disclosure of another user's contact details, financial information or private messages.
- Off-Platform Circumvention: Directing Clients or Mentors to complete payments or broker sign-ups outside PaxiPro's approved flows for the purpose of avoiding review, fees or dispute protections.
Fraud, market manipulation, malicious activity or other serious misconduct may result in immediate enforcement without prior warning.
Reviews
Only Clients who currently hold, or previously held, an active subscription with a Mentor may review that Mentor.
Reviews must reflect a real experience with the Mentor and must not be fabricated, purchased or manipulated.
- Mentors may not offer discounts, free access or other incentives in exchange for reviews.
- Mentors may not review themselves through alternate accounts.
- Mentors may not post reviews of competitors through alternate or controlled accounts.
Reporting Violations
If you see content or conduct that you believe violates these guidelines, use the in-app reporting feature where available.

When reporting an issue, include a link or screenshot and a clear description of the conduct or content involved.
PaxiPro reviews reports and may take appropriate action, including content removal, warnings, loss of Mentor status benefits, or account suspension.
Enforcement
Depending on the severity and recurrence of a violation, PaxiPro may take one or more of the following actions:
Content Removal
Violating content may be removed from the Service.
Warning
The user may receive a formal warning regarding the violation.
Status Removal
Mentors may lose verified or featured status.
Suspension
Access to the account may be temporarily suspended.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of future payouts associated with the violating activity, to the extent permitted by law.
PaxiPro may act without prior notice where we believe immediate action is necessary to protect users or the Service, including in cases of active fraud.

Changes to These Guidelines
PaxiPro may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect.
