Terms of Service

Your Status

PaxiPro provides the platform; you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of everything you publish — signals, market commentary, courses, quizzes, your bio, and your broker referral arrangements.

You represent that you hold any license, registration, or regulatory approval required in your jurisdiction (and your clients' jurisdictions, where applicable) to publish trading signals, provide trading education, or refer clients to a broker.

PaxiPro does not vet or guarantee your qualifications. Displaying a "verified" badge or tier reflects PaxiPro's internal review process only — it is not a regulatory endorsement.

Registration and Profile

• Mentor registration, profile setup including bio, photo, cover image, category tags, languages, broker name, socials, and package creation happen on the PaxiPro website.
• The mobile app lets you log in, post signals, author courses, and view your dashboard.
• Your public profile statistics including subscriber count, active client count, rating, win rate, and recent signals are computed by PaxiPro's systems.
• You cannot directly edit system-generated statistics and agree not to manipulate them through fabricated signals, fake reviews, or other ranking manipulation.
• The "verified" badge and "featured" placement are granted solely at PaxiPro's discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Packages You Create

Each package you create has exactly one type:

You set the package name, price, billing period, description, and which services it includes.

You are responsible for these listings being accurate and not misleading.

Deactivating a package stops new sign-ups but does not remove existing subscribers' access to what they already bought.

Content Standards

Everything you publish — signals, analyst notes, course videos, quizzes, and your bio — must:

• Be your own genuine analysis or original work, or be properly licensed.
• Not guarantee or imply guaranteed profits, risk-free trading, or specific returns.
• Not include fabricated performance claims, doctored screenshots, or cherry-picked results.
• Comply with applicable financial-promotion, securities, and advertising law in jurisdictions you target.
• Not contain fraud, harassment, hate speech, or content otherwise prohibited by the Community Guidelines.

Fees, Payouts, and Broker Compensation

For Broker Registration packages, you are solely responsible for disclosing to Clients, as required by law, any commission or referral fee you or PaxiPro receive from the broker for the introduction.

Approval Responsibilities

If you offer Broker Registration packages, you agree to review pending requests in good faith and in a timely manner.

You must approve or reject requests based on genuine completion of the broker's sign-up process — not as a means to extract additional payment or favors from Clients, and not to unfairly withhold access after a Client has completed the broker's requirements.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create.

By publishing on PaxiPro, you grant PaxiPro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, stream, and distribute that content to Clients entitled to see it.

You also grant PaxiPro permission to use your name, handle, and profile image to promote the Service, including featured carousels and marketing.

This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies already delivered to Clients or retained as required by law.

Representations and Warranties

You represent that you have the right to publish everything you submit, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable law.

This includes financial services, securities, consumer protection, and data protection law in every jurisdiction where you have Clients.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PaxiPro harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Content you publish
• Your broker relationships
• Your compliance failures
• Your breach of these Terms

Suspension and Termination

PaxiPro may suspend or terminate your Mentor account for violating these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

This includes fabricating statistics, misrepresenting broker relationships, or repeated Client complaints.

You may close your account at any time.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations to Clients with active subscriptions incurred before termination, to the extent required by law or your payout agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
