• Device & usage data — app version, device type, operating system, crash logs and general usage or interaction data collected through Firebase (Google) SDKs.
• Push notification tokens — used to deliver notifications such as new signals and approval status changes through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Authentication data — managed through Firebase Authentication. PaxiPro does not store your raw password.

1.3 Information From Others

If you subscribe through Broker Registration, the broker you register with may share limited status information with the Mentor and PaxiPro, such as confirmation that a referral or registration was completed.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and secure your account and verify your identity.
• Operate the marketplace, including showing Mentors and Clients, managing subscriptions and controlling access to trial or paid content.
• Process payment-proof reviews and broker registration approvals.
• Compute Mentor statistics including win rate, ratings and subscriber counts.
• Send transactional notifications including new signals, approval or rejection updates and course updates.
• Send other notifications where you have opted in.
• Detect fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines.
• Comply with legal obligations, including record-retention requirements.
• Improve, maintain and troubleshoot the Service.

Who Can See What

• Your display name is shown to a Mentor whose package you subscribe to.
• Your display name also appears on any review you post.
• Broker registration requests are visible to the relevant Mentor and PaxiPro for approval purposes only.
• PaxiPro staff may access otherwise private information where required for legal or security investigations.

How We Share Information

• Service Providers: We use Firebase and Google Cloud services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging and related infrastructure.
• Brokers: Information may be shared where you choose the Broker Registration path, limited to what is necessary to complete the registration.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
• Business Transfers: If PaxiPro becomes involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Retention

Account and profile information is retained for as long as your account remains active.

Payment verification records, transaction IDs and subscription or approval history may be retained for periods required by applicable financial record-keeping and tax laws, including after account deletion.

Trading journal entries and other personal content are deleted when you delete them or close your account, subject to standard backup retention windows.

Data Security

PaxiPro relies on Firebase security infrastructure, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Application-level access controls are also used to restrict who can read or write different categories of information.

Your Rights and Choices

• Access & Correction: Most profile fields can be edited through the app or website. Contact us regarding information that cannot be directly edited.
• Notification Preferences: You may opt out of non-essential signal notifications. Transactional notifications relating to account or approval status cannot be disabled while the account remains active.
• Deletion: Account and data deletion requests are handled under the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
• Statutory Privacy Rights: Users located in jurisdictions with additional privacy protections may have rights including portability, restriction of processing or objection.

This may include rights available under laws such as EU/UK GDPR or California CCPA/CPRA, where applicable.

Contact us to exercise your rights. We will respond to valid requests to the extent required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International Data Transfers

PaxiPro's infrastructure providers, including Firebase and Google Cloud, may process and store data in countries other than the country where you live.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with data protection laws that differ from those in your own country.

Third-Party Links and Embeds

The Service may embed TradingView charts and provide links to third-party broker registration pages.

Third-party platforms have their own privacy policies and data practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be notified through the app or by email before they take effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this policy reflects the latest revision.
